Currently, all our storage containers are fully occupied. While we cannot provide a storage container immediately, you can join our waiting list. This ensures you will be notified as soon as a container becomes available.
Are there any hidden fees?
No, we believe in transparent pricing. Our fees are straightforward and there are no hidden charges. You pay for the storage space you use. We also provide a lock and x2 keys to your container for the duration of your rental at no additional cost.
How long can I rent a storage container?
You can rent a container for short-term or long-term durations, depending on your needs. Our flexible rental options cater to both temporary and extended storage requirements.
When can I access my container?
For security reasons, access to our site is available from 06:30 am to 8 pm, 7 days a week. However, we understand that there may be occasions when access outside of these hours is necessary. In such cases, we kindly request 24-hour notice and we can confirm arrangements accordingly. For businesses or traders that require regular out of hours access, please contact us on contact@billandbertsstorage.co.uk to discuss.
